Barry D. Warden, CPA, MBA

Barry began his career in public accounting with a mid-sized firm in Atlanta, Georgia in 1997. In 2008, Barry joined Smith Adcock and Company as Tax Manager.

Barry’s experience includes providing tax planning and preparation services for high wealth individuals, tax exempt organizations, and a diverse group of privately held entities which include construction contractors, retail, wholesale distribution, and service organizations.

Barry earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia Southern University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University. Barry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
