Danae is a manager at Smith Adcock & Company. She joined the firm in 2003 and has over twelve years of public accounting experience and two years industry with a national healthcare provider. Danae has substantial experience in the preparation, review, and management of both audit and tax engagements. During her career with the firms she has been extensively involved in corporate, partnership, individual, estate, and exempt taxation. Danae's experience spans a number of industries, both service and construction oriented.

Danae is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, earning her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting in 1997.

Professional affiliations include the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Danae is currently the Treasurer for Hembree Springs Elementary School Soaring Hawks Foundation.

In her spare time, Danae enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.
