Barry has been a partner with Smith, Adcock and Company 32 years and has over 38 years public accounting experience. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Accounting. He joined the Firm in 1973 and became a partner in 1978.

Barry works primarily with closely held companies and their principals. He is sensitive and aware of their problems and objectives and provides both financial and tax advice. His clients include construction companies manufacturing, insurance agencies, retail and whole sale businesses and professionals. His major area of emphasis is in the construction industry.

Barry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Branch of the Association of General Contractors and the Georgia Utility Contractors Association.

Barry lives in Atlanta with his wife Janice. He enjoys spending time with his family, church, golf and various outdoor activities.
